If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days (or by January 31 for holiday orders) except with the followng restriction: Electronics, such as radio systems and parts, chargers, batteries, and ESC's, will not be accepted for return unless the item has an unbroken seal. Defective electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and you should contact them directly for assistance.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resellable condition. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. If a returned order originally had free shipping, then we will issue a credit for the order amount minus $7.99 to cover shipping.
If a package has been damaged in shipping or if you have received defective merchandise, please contact us for further instructions.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - If any items listed above are out of stock (quantity equals zero or less than ordered), they will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charge. Pre-order items will ship when they are released.
